This is an indoor/outdoor experience and will require the ability to walk several miles without assistance.
Each element of the day is intentionally designed to bring you back to yourself — through nature, breath, and movement.
Direct contact with the earth — barefoot walks, breathwork, and somatic practices that bring your body out of stress mode and back into balance.
Immersive time in the forest using sound, water, air, and stillness to awaken your senses and reset your nervous system from the outside in.
Guided space to get quiet, look inward, and access clarity you don't usually make time for. Leave knowing yourself a little better than when you arrived.

No phone, no distractions. Just me and my thoughts. I think my mind really needed that space to let go of things I don't usually make time to process. It helped me see things I didn't even realize were there. Honestly, I could've kept going for hours — I didn't want it to end.
My senses all woke up in a way and I could feel the magic of the forest, the vibration of it. Once my mind went quiet, my creativity started to flow and I was able to write after weeks of being stuck.
As veterans and successful professionals, we are no strangers to stressful and complex situations. The leadership, organizational, and mindset skills we learned served us well — but they left out something essential.

It wasn't until we both experienced huge and difficult life changes that an honest look inward led us to a commitment and practice of creating stillness and happiness in our own lives. We discovered that the tools we needed were within us — and that the support we were seeking was completely free in nature, sound, and movement.
These tools profoundly changed our lives and our happiness. This day exists because we want to share them with you.
